TRANSPLANT TRANSFORMATIONS

Kidney transplants are life changing. They allow for a life of living rather than just existing.

Ashley

"Living with kidney failure since age 11, I've never felt strong. After 9 months of dialysis and receiving my second kidney transplant September 28, 2016, I decided to make a bigger commitment to getting stronger. It's an amazing feeling to be able to really have the energy to exercise and do what I want to become healthier."

Marina

"Before my transplant, I didn't work. Five years of being sick, I couldn't work. Within five months of my transplant, I was in search of a job and was hired within a week. I run 5k and 10k races now. Before I wouldn't have been able to even walk the mile to the train station to get to work, let alone do office work and be as active as I am."

Alec

"With my new kidney I feel like I have been reborn. I now have a new life thanks to the altruistic gift from my angel living kidney donor friend, Mo. I have a new outlook on life and I'm able to do what I enjoy most and that is hiking the beautiful trails in my hometown."
